Hotel Swexan - Harwood District, Dallas TX
Benowitz International Glass Products is proud to announce the completion of another project. Hotel Swexan is a European-inspired luxury boutique hotel located in downtown Dallas. This project consisted of Matte Black hardware for all the showers and all the water closets.

The team at Benowitz International Glass supplied all the glass for the railing systems in this 6-story independent living for active adults facility in Minnetonka, MN. It features 186 rooms each with a private balcony.

We worked with the Owner, GC, and Glazing Contractor in designing a new piece of hardware that enabled the glazing contractor to use one size fits all glass. Eliminating the need for field measuring and guaranteeing the fastest install times. The result is higher profits for everyone and a very happy Owner, GC, and Glazing Contractor.
